Important Notice: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Services. Accessing MD Colab indicates your full consent to these binding conditions.

Welcome to MD Colab. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and the use of all MD Colab platforms, including our website, tools, projects, AI services, development platforms, documentation, community spaces, and any related digital products (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By using MD Colab, you confirm that:

  • You have the full legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
  • You will use the platform in compliance with all local, national, and international laws.
  • If you are accessing MD Colab on behalf of an organization, you have the necessary permission to bind them.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features (such as developer tools, AI services, project creation, or collaboration tools), you may be required to create an account. When you do:

  • You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
  • You must safeguard your password and account session details.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
Suspension Policy: MD Colab reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspected security breaches, guideline violations, or platform exploitation.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree that you will NOT use MD Colab for any of the following prohibited behaviors:

  • Unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • Hacking, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or reverse engineering platform tools.
  • Uploading malware, malicious scripts, viruses, or destructive code.
  • Spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior toward community members.

MD Colab may take immediate action (including blocking access or legal action) if these rules are violated.


6. User Content

Users may contribute articles, code, feedback, AI prompts, images, or other materials. By submitting User Content, you confirm:

  • You own the rights to the content you post, or you have explicit permission to use it.
  • Your content does not violate any intellectual property rights of others.
  • You grant MD Colab permission to host, display, and use your content for platform operations and improvement.

MD Colab does NOT claim ownership over your personal projects or source code unless explicitly provided.


7. AI Tools & Generated Output

MD Colab offers AI-powered services (such as Ora AI and other AI features). By using these tools, you understand that:

  • AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or hallucinations.
  • You must verify all AI-generated data before use.
  • You are responsible for the use of AI results.
  • AI should not be used for harmful, illegal, or unethical purposes.

MD Colab is not responsible for damage caused by misuse of AI tools.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform elements — including design, software, UI/UX, tools, branding, logos, documentation, and features — are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

  • Copy or reproduce source code.
  • Sell or resell MD Colab products without permission.
  • Remove branding or copyright notices.
  • Use MD Colab’s identity for impersonation or scams.

9. Third-Party Services

MD Colab may integrate or rely on third-party platforms (Hosting, GitHub, Firebase, analytics, authentication, AI APIs, etc.). These third parties may have their own Terms. You agree to review and follow their policies as well.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MD Colab is not responsible for technical failures, downtime, or data loss.
  • We do not guarantee that services will always be available or error-free.
  • We are not liable for financial loss, business loss, or indirect damages.
  • You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

  • User interface

You may also close your MD Colab account at any time.
